No. A Level 7 diploma is a formal postgraduate qualification involving months of academic study. Mentoring is bespoke, practical one-to-one development focused on your real patients, confidence, and clinical judgement. Many practitioners use mentoring after their foundation course instead of - or alongside - further qualifications.

Option 1 (Half-Day Mentorship) runs for approximately 4 hours. Options 2 and 3 (Full-Day Mentorship) run for approximately 7–8 hours. The right option depends on your experience level and goals, which we’ll discuss during your discovery call.

Option 1 (Half-Day) is an introduction to facial aesthetics at your practice with 2 supervised patients. Option 2 (Full-Day) expands on this with up to 4 patients plus a dedicated business mentoring session, also at your practice. Option 3 (Full-Day Immersive) is an experience at our established clinic where patients are arranged for you, giving you exposure to real-world clinic workflows. For Options 1 and 2, which take place at your practice, you’ll arrange your own patients. For Option 3 (Immersive Clinic Experience), patients are arranged by the mentor at our clinic.

Sessions are tailored to your needs and current skill level. Common areas include injectables (botulinum toxin anti-wrinkle treatments and dermal fillers), skin treatments, consultation techniques, patient assessment, and complication management.

Botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medicine, so every patient needs a face-to-face assessment with a qualified prescriber. If you don’t prescribe yourself, you’ll need to work alongside one. Prescribing pathways, protocols, and how this works day-to-day in clinic are exactly the kind of questions we cover during mentoring.

Travel expenses may apply for locations outside the local Surrey/Berkshire area. Any additional costs are discussed and agreed before booking.
