This introductory mentorship is designed for clinicians who are new to facial aesthetics or seeking greater confidence in consultations and treatment planning. The session combines theory, practical demonstration, and supervised hands-on experience.
Includes:
- Introduction to facial aesthetics in a clinical setting
- Core facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment
- Consultation structure and consent process
- Treatment planning principles
- Product selection and safe injection techniques
- Supervised treatment of 2 patients arranged by the mentee
Ideal for:
Clinicians wanting a supportive first step into aesthetics within their own practice environment.
Full-Day Mentorship: Clinical & Business Integration
Full day (approximately 7–8 hours)
Location: Mentee's practice
This comprehensive full-day programme builds on Option 1 and adds increased clinical exposure plus a dedicated business planning session to support successful integration of aesthetics into practice.
Includes:
- Everything in Option 1
- Supervised treatment of up to 4 patients arranged by the mentee
- Advanced consultation and treatment planning discussion
- Complication avoidance and management strategies
- 1 hour business mentoring, covering:
- • Pricing structures
- • Service menu development
- • Marketing fundamentals
- • Patient retention strategies
- • Practical tips for integrating aesthetics into an existing practice
Ideal for:
Clinicians ready to begin offering treatments and looking for both clinical confidence and business direction.
Full-Day Mentorship: Immersive Clinic Experience
Full day (approximately 7–8 hours)
Location: Mentor's clinic
An immersive mentorship experience within an established aesthetics clinic, offering exposure to real-world workflows, patient journeys, and clinical decision-making.
Includes:
- All elements of Option 2
- Observation of live consultations in a functioning aesthetics clinic
- Supervised treatment of 3–4 patients arranged by the mentor
- Insight into clinic systems, documentation, and patient flow
- 1 hour business mentoring as outlined in Option 2
Ideal for:
Clinicians who prefer to learn in an established clinic environment and would benefit from seeing aesthetics delivered day-to-day.
Included With Every Package
All options include a 30-minute discovery call prior to booking to establish learning objectives, and ongoing support via WhatsApp after your mentoring session.

UK-Wide Availability
Based in Sunningdale, Berkshire, but available for mentoring throughout the UK.
Travel expenses may apply for locations outside the local area. For distant locations, overnight accommodation costs may also be required.
