The Aesthetic Mentor provides mentoring services for healthcare professionals in aesthetics. Our services include shadowing sessions, in-clinic mentoring, and on-site training. Services are subject to availability and are provided at our discretion.

3. Eligibility

Our mentoring services are intended for healthcare professionals who have completed recognised foundation training in aesthetics. By booking our services, you confirm that you meet the relevant professional qualifications and registration requirements.

4. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment. Payment terms will be communicated during your consultation.

• Prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• Travel expenses may apply for locations outside Surrey/Berkshire
• Additional costs will be discussed and agreed before booking

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the session: Full refund minus administrative fee
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the session: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session: No refund
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees

6. Professional Responsibility

Mentees are responsible for maintaining their own professional registrations, insurance, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Aesthetic Mentor provides education and guidance but does not assume responsibility for the clinical practice of mentees.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding patient information encountered during mentoring sessions. Mentees must comply with all applicable data protection and patient confidentiality requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and materials provided during mentoring sessions, is the property of The Aesthetic Mentor and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Aesthetic Mentor provides mentoring services in good faith but makes no warranties regarding specific outcomes. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
